Returns & Exchanges

Unopened or defective goods purchased on our site are eligible for returns and / or exchanges within 15 calendar days from the day the product is received. Proof of purchase is required for refund or replacement. Please contact us if a return and / or exchange is needed.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

  • For sanitary reasons, returns are not available for our teething accessories, unless they are defective.
  • Personalized items are non-refundable.
  • If your item has been opened or used, we have the right to refuse a refund.
  • If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may ship the item(s) back to us for a refund as long as it is unopened or if it is defective. Note that all the defective item(s) are subject to inspection.
  • If you have simply changed your mind, you may return the item(s) for a refund, however we are not responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Note that the return is not pre-paid, therefore you will be responsible for the cost of shipping for the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be made according to the form of payment used
  • Your package must include the original receipt and the items you are returning.
  • The repayment time will be 1-2 billing periods for the credit to appear on your statement.

HOW TO MAKE EXCHANGES:

  • Please include the original receipt in the package in order to make the exchange. Please include which item(s) you would like to exchange in the same document.
  • For sanitary reasons, exchanges are not available for our teething accessories, unless they are unopened or if they are defective.
  • Personalized items cannot be exchanged.
  • Package and seal your goods securely.
  • Items sent back for an exchange must be unused and unopened in the original packaging.
  • Note that the return is not pre-paid, therefore you will be responsible for the cost of shipping both outward and return. Shipping costs are non-refundable
